The 7,750 SF addition to the existing 6,800 SF church is composed of classrooms, offices and a fellowship hall on the basement level. The structural components of load-bearing masonry walls and structural steel framing supporting open-web (bar) joists and pre-engineered (wood) roof trusses. The basement floor is a ground supported concrete slab and the first floor is a concrete fill on metal form deck.
