Olde Town Engineering Company has been designing warehouses and modifications to existing warehouses since the company got its start in 1996. An office addition for Hargrove, Inc. in Lanham, MD was the first project followed quickly by new mezzanine designs for Service Distributing, Inc. and Pulsecom. Our portfolio includes a number of large bay structures and pre-engineered metal building projects. The uses for these structures include retail storage and distribution, recycling and flex office space.
Culpeper Business Park
Design of three pre-engineered metal buildings (PMB) with square footage of 54,000, 33,600 and 27,000 respectively, and two site retaining walls for the complex.
Lakewood Country Club Equipment Shed
Montgomery County, MD
Foundation and slab design for a new 4,800 SF single-story, pre-engineered metal building (PMB) with concrete pad and apron for the golf club's equipment storage. A new 1,200 SF covered parking area is to be constructed adjacent to the new PMB and two existing PMBs are being repaired.
Chantilly Auto Body
Design development, construction documents, and construction administration services for a 5,300 SF single-story shop addition and a 2,000 SF single-story paint booth addition to the existing facility. Roof framing of the shop requires a 72-foot clear span without interior columns.
Books IV Warehouse
