Olde Town Engineering Company has been designing warehouses and modifications to existing warehouses since the company got its start in 1996. An office addition for Hargrove, Inc. in Lanham, MD was the first project followed quickly by new mezzanine designs for Service Distributing, Inc. and Pulsecom. Our portfolio includes a number of large bay structures and pre-engineered metal building projects. The uses for these structures include retail storage and distribution, recycling and flex office space.
