Washington, DC
Survey and year-long monitoring of segmental retaining walls on School property. Additional work was undertaken to assess feasibility of and prepare CDs for installing suspended catwalks to access two HVAC units suspended from roof structure.

St. Stephen’s & St. Agnes Upper School
Science Wing Addition
Alexandria, VA
A study was undertaken to assess the effects of building movement on structural framing systems. Displacement of land adjacent to the science wing had been repaired with the geotechnical engineer’s design recommendation. The structural study determined needs for structural and related non-structural repairs.

St. Stephen's & St. Agnes Lower School Alexandria, VA
Building study of the existing 27,000 SF, 3-level educational facility. The investigation included the evaluation of the masonry facade and the roofing system.

The Nora School (formerly Washington Ethical High School)
Silver Spring, MD
The 7,000 SF educational facility's structural design utilizes light-gauge metal, load-bearing walls & roof construction. The structure has been designed for a proposed second floor addition.

Accotink Academy, Phase I & II
Springfield, VA
The renovation & addition project for the privately held International Institute for Learning Disabilities, Phase I classroom construction, was completed 1998. Phase II, gymnasium and classroom wing, is planned. Total estimated construction cost is over $3.0 million.
